Many thanks for the nice Euro-QSO of Friday 30th July 2010. Sourire

Propagation was excellent for all Europe With a very low QRN. Finger

The outside temperature here was: 13.1°C.

A nice group. I remind you that my KELEMEN dipole fell and
now I'm using a provisional vertical antenna then the signals
are approximately 10-15 dB lower than those received usually! Triste

A large group with 7 countries. I inform you that my KELEMEN
dipole fell (very strong gusts of wind!!!) Triste and I'm waiting for
install it again on its tree (very dangerous!!!). Triste Now I'm
using a provisional vertical antenna on my balcony (attached
you will find some pics and some specifications...).

This new vertical antenna, works relatively well. Finger It supports
only 300W SSB (QRP! Hi!) and the received signals are about
10-15 dB lower than those received with the KELEMEN (which
is in better position and higher...). Sourire

the Jungfraujoch Observatory ("Top of Europe", altitude = 3'600m):

On Friday we had a temperature peak of 32.1°C (Geneva-Airport) and
a sun radiation peak of 1090 W/m2 (Jungfraujoch Observatory). Sourire
